Iva Bella Salon was founded in 2015. Beauty industry leader James Cornwell and the husband-and-wife team of Mary Lieb and Lanny Cornwell led the creation.

After 6 years of successful business, it was time for the transition of ownership to James Cornwell and Melissa Russell. The inspiration, creativity, and passion that Iva Bella exudes will now carry on under the direction of owner and professional stylist James Cornwell alongside owner and creative production manager, Melissa Russell.  

 

Melissa brings to the team over 8 years of natural product development and management skills along with certifications in soap making and a beautiful inventive mind. Melissa specializes in developing all natural products for Iva Bella, Simply Pure Products, retail, and wholesale clients throughout the DMV. 

 

James brings over 21 years as a beauty trendsetter. His work as professional stylist and makeup artist with industry staples such as Cover Girl, ELF, Sebastian, and Wella sets the stage for the Iva Bella team to create individual style and enhance your natural beauty.
